Here are a...Yes you can definitely do this, Selma!<br /><br />Here are a couple of things that I have noticed will make or break my "no sugar" resolution:<br />- whether I have had enough protein with my meals<br />- whether I had enough good fats (I find that avocado and coconut really help)<br />- whether I had enough sleep the night before (lack of sleep is the n.1 reason why my sugar cravings raise their ugly heads)<br />- whether I have been drinking enough water (dehydration often leads to the munchies)<br /><br />In a pinch, I find that a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil usually helps.<br /><br />However you decide to fight the cravings, good luck!
