This doesn't mean it doesn't mean anything to me.
It means a whole lot to me. To all of us. To some of us even more.
But today eleven years ago is the day that changed the world. Not just one nation but the world.
We will never forget.

You're so right on with that! It didn't just change one country but the whole world. RIP to all the victims and the soldiers everywhere who fought after. My heart is with the families and friends today. xx

I love this post. That day is just so clear to me, no matter how much time passes.
Seeing the footprints definitely reminds me of how far we've come since then.
