...because years ago I started to believe in the good this day brings upon us.
It is not a bad day, unless of course we want it to be. I kinda like Friday the 13th.
Do you?It is not a bad day, unless of course we want it to be. I kinda like Friday the 13th.
But I digress.
Today I am linking up again with Long Distance Loving and this week's theme is "what to wear as a wedding guest". Loving this theme!
I haven't been to a wedding in a long time. Last ones I went to was in September 2009, and it was two weddings and one bachelor party within three days. Okay, last year on April 1 I was at a wedding too. I don't fully count this as a wedding though, because, well, it was very different. Swiss weddings are different and not really my thing. However, I love weddings. If I ever tie the knot it is going to be an outdoor wedding, or partially outdoors. Until then, let me just say as every girl I have my little girls' wedding fantasy and would love for that fantasy to become reality. Just not like in Bride Wars. That would be a bit too much.
I digress again.
Here are my outfits I would and maybe should wear as a wedding guest...or would love for my guests to wear. No jeans allowed!!! (I know....but I have been to weddings and people wore jeans. So. Not. Good.)
Have fun looking at the following!
Or how about this one?
Yes, even with fancy flip flops for when the feet hurt.
Or the following two?
Apparently, I have plenty of ideas and can't stop myself!!!
Now it's your turn to see what others think is an appropriate outfit. Hop on over!
All I say is, no jeans, no torn items, and yes, you can wear white...unless the bride says no, and well, we all know that this is the usual case...but, make sure no matter what you are wearing that you never ever never ever never ever look better than the bride. It would kill the purpose of HER wedding.
Have a great Friday, and a wonderful weekend!!!
