After the holidays, and all, everyone's talking about how to lose weight quick adn easy and all that. Even one of the newspapers here, apparently, dedicated almost one page to the topic. I don't like diets. I like to eat proper and healthy, but to stick to one diet in particular?! NO WAY! To cleanse my body I did a cabbage soup diet about twice a year which really worked, but it was tough. My body felt stronger after that, and so much healthier. But such drastic diets never work. I rather stick to the healthy kind...lots of veggies, fruits, fish, lean meat, and some of these yummy fellows...

Yum! Those photos look amazing! I agree- I do not diet. I just make healthy choices and try to take the stairs where I can, park further away from the store, etc. Have a great weekend love XOXO
I said I would eat healthy this year, and the very first thing I ate in 2010 was a donut! haha
My indulgence is ice cream in the summer and dark chocolate in the winter...mmmmm

Yeah I have such a sweet tooth so I can't really diet. But everything in moderation is always good!
I don't really diet, as I eat relatively healthy on the cheap... but I LUV me some ice cream, 365 days a year! I'm glad to back to my normal eating routine now that the holidays are done, tho. I will be especially happy when I get back into the leotard in a couple weeks... trust me, they show everything! ;)
Yum! I've been craving a doughnut lately.
And now I'm really really wanting one of those yummy doughnuts!!!

Oh no. I've definitely had a few donut cravings this pregnancy...this is not making matters better. May have to send my husband on a donut run!!!
